Description
The Russet Burbank seed potato is a large potato cultivar with dark brown skin and lots of eyes. Its flesh is white, dry, and mealy, and it is good for baking, mashing, and french fries.
Our Russet Burbanks were harvested in March 2020 and are currently dormant. This means they will not sprout until a period of dormancy. For Russet Burbanks this period is usually 4-5 months. If you are in the Southern states we recommend storing them in a cool dry place (5-10 degrees) for winter and planting in Spring (after the last chance of frost is over). If you are in the Northern states you can plant them year round but they may not sprout for a few months.
