A newly introduced commercial cultivar, Maiflower has a slight yellow flesh and is a low glycemic fresh market potato. It is a long season variety which results in high yields. Maiflower seed potatoes are tolerant to heat stress and stores well. They are slow to emerge and late to mature.
Store at 6-7 degrees and give a heat boost prior to planting. Chitting after warming up is recommended.
